AdventHealth Well 65+ is focused on supporting your overall well-being as you age. This primary care practice for older adults allows you to experience care customized to fit your needs and goals at this stage of life.
Health care providers, including geriatricians, who have large patient volumes at traditional primary care practices, At AdventHealth Well 65+, our physicians see between 12-14 patients a day, giving them more time with each patient and allowing them to personally follow up with their patients, too. They will often call patients to communicate lab results, check-in to see who is missing a routine screening and make sure that all medications are being filled at the appropriate times.
