Required International Nurses Qualifications:
- Minimum one-year recent nursing experience in a tertiary-level acute care hospital (100-bed minimum)
- Must have passed the NCLEX-RN
- Must have passed an English language competency exam
- Must be willing to make a three-year contract commitment

Transcultural Assimilation Program
The AdventHealth Transcultural Assimilation Program (TAP) provides an opportunity for international nurses to successfully transition and assimilate into the United States health care system. International nurses are provided a pathway for success as they complete a comprehensive program designed to enhance personal and professional growth.
