Find a Physician - Searching for a primary care physician or medical specialist is easy with the advanced physician-finder tool. Members can search by zip code, physician's name or specialty. You'll find doctor biographies, areas of specialty and educational videos that can help you choose the physician that's right for you.
Schedule an Appointment - Now you can schedule or request an appointment with your primary care doctor, a specialist, a medical imaging facility or laboratory right from your computer or smartphone.
Access Health Records - You're able to create personalized profiles that house your medical and family-health history and can be viewed throughout our network. You'll have direct access to your medical records including lab results, medical images, surgeries, physician notes and more.
Virtual Urgent Care - By downloading our eCare app, you can conveniently video chat with an urgent-care doctor from the comfort of your own home - or wherever the day has taken you. Once a physician diagnoses your condition, they can submit a prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. Common conditions that are treated through eCare include:
