Viviana Casas-Puig, MD, FACOG is a board-certified OB/GYN who specializes in Urogynecology. After graduating from the University of Puerto Rico, Dr. Casas-Puig received her medical degree from the Ponce Health Sciences University. She went on to complete an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident. She then completed a Research Fellowship at the Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women's Health Institute at the Cleveland Clinic, followed by a 3-year Fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. She received extensive training in minimally invasive surgery and performs vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted procedures. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Urogynecologic Society. Dr. Casas-Puig is passionate about improving the quality of life of her patients, as well as providing compassionate and individualized high-quality evidence-based medical and surgical care.

Nathan DeAngelis, DO, is a fellowship-trained surgeon with advanced skills in minimally invasive techniques and substantial experience in robotic-assisted surgical procedures. His small-town upbringing in western Pennsylvania instilled in him a strong understanding of the importance of family and community, and is a central tenet of his philosophy of patient care. An honors graduate of St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, he earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing his residency training at Midwestern University/Chicago College of Medicine, he elected to pursue advanced fellowship training in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery at Johns Hopkins-affiliated hospitals in Baltimore. Dr. DeAngelis’s specialties include anti-reflux surgery, breast biopsies and surgical treatments, cholecystectomy, gastric surgery, laparoscopic hernia repair, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, skin cancer surgery and placement of feeding tubes and venous access ports.

Jawad Francis, MD, is a board-certified hematologist oncologist. After earning his medical degree from the University of Balamand in Lebanon, Dr. Francis completed a residency in internal medicine at University at Buffalo where he served as Chief Resident. He completed medical oncology fellowship at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY. Dr. Francis was Medical Director of the Medical Oncology program and Chair of Clinical research at Mercy Health Youngstown, Ohio. A highly experienced clinician, Dr. Francis holds certifications in internal medicine and medical oncology. He specializes in the treatment of a wide array of cancer conditions including prostate, liver, ovaries, skin, bladder, kidney, breast, esophageal, gastric, lungs, head and neck, and hepatobiliary cancers. Justin Kelly, MD, FRCS, FEBS is a fellowship-trained colon and rectal surgeon with AdventHealth Medical Group's elite colorectal surgery team in Central Florida. Abrianna Lusito, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant who graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, FL, with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. She was a physician assistant at Women’s Care Florida in Winter Park, FL, where she served women of all ages and cared for patients from pre-conception through menopause. Devina McCray, MD, is a breast surgical oncologist who is board certified in general surgery. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of benign and malignant breast disease. Her areas of surgical expertise include excisional biopsy, breast conservation, sentinel lymph node biopsy, axillary node dissection, mastectomy (simple, skin sparing, and nipple sparing), oncoplasty, and intraoperative radiation therapy. Dr. Vivek Nagar is an interventional pain management physician. After graduating from the University of Miami, Dr. Nagar received his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He went on to complete his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and fellowship in Pain Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center in New York. Steven Williams, MD, is a board-certified urologist with fellowship training in minimally invasive robotic urologic procedures and endourology.
