Sports Medicine and Rehab

Get back in the game with our experienced and compassionate physical therapy and sports medicine team. Together, we’ll map out a plan to get you moving again. No physician referral needed. Plus, we offer sports performance programs such as GolfPFX to elevate your game.

What specialty services are available?: AdventHealth Lake Mary Health Park will be home to specialty care like cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology and urology, in addition to outpatient surgery, diagnostic imaging, lab services, pelvic health and sports medicine and rehab.
What surgical services are offered?: The third floor of the AdventHealth Lake Mary Health Park will offer outpatient surgery for various medical needs. From general surgery to neurosurgery, our medical team is here to provide same-day surgical interventions in a safe, comfortable atmosphere.
Do you accept my insurance?: AdventHealth Health Parks accept most types of major insurance. Please call before scheduling your appointment to confirm if your plan is accepted.
Do I need a referral?: Sometimes, it can be confusing to know if you need a referral for specialty care. Generally, services like physical therapy don’t require a referral from your provider. And, of course, you can stop by our emergency room whenever you need immediate care.

However, other services will require an order from your doctor. That includes services for:
