Quality Treatments for Cardiac Disorders including Percutaneous Coronary Intervention: Whatever your heart needs, our Calhoun hospital is here. In the case of cardiac failure or another emergency event, we act quickly and are proud to say that our response times are faster than the national average. Our heart care program has expanded to include percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) for STEMI and non-STEMI heart attacks.

PCI will offer ways to restore blood flow via specialized balloons and stents once a critical blockage is found during a heart catheterization. A severe heart attack, or acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), can be fatal without fast, effective treatment. Our specialists excel at delivering urgent, lifesaving care, and AdventHealth Gordon can be your first and only stop for any heart attack emergency.
