AdventHealth, in partnership with the Council on Aging for Henderson County, is excited to offer a series of community education events focused on the needs and care of our aging population.

Join us for this informative session about an oral-health care model designed to support seniors at risk of poor oral health, presented by Pat Wagner, MBA. Pat will discuss the risks of poor oral care and provide caregivers with preventive measures to ensure their care recipient benefits from a proactive approach to oral health provided within the home setting.

Pat Wagner, MBA is the owner and Care Services Director for Senior Oral-Health Services, (S.O.S), which provides preventive oral care services to seniors. Pat’s experience involves identifying service gaps and process development strategies, which she incorporated within her oral health care model designed to support seniors at risk of poor oral health. Pat and her team are committed to provide excellent oral care and bridge the gap for dependent elders with an emphasis on caregiver collaboration.
