We all deserve a healthy, vibrant life in mind, body, and spirit. That’s why AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach, formerly Florida Hospital New Smyrna, warmly extends the healing ministry of Christ to all of our neighbors in the New Smyrna Beach area. Our community outreach programs are guided by the eight universal aspects of CREATION Life — Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook, and Nutrition. With a variety of free or low-cost community health education classes, you’ll have a Choice in how you take ownership of your health, while forming valuable Interpersonal Relationships with your neighbors. You can also Trust that we’ll make wellness accessible to every person in our Volusia County community, regardless of their background, race, religion, or culture.

  • Diabetes Support Group

    Provides open discussion, Q and A and explanation of AdventHealth's lifestyle transformation program, CREATION Life. Meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 6 pm in the Schildecker conference room.

  • Men's Cancer Support Group

    Talk man-to-man in this monthly support and educational group of men who are dealing or have dealt with cancer. Meets every third Tuesday of the month at 9:00 am in the oncology conference room 401.

  • All Cancer Support Group

    Provides support for those affected by any type of cancer. Patients are welcome to attend. Meets monthly. Call Call386-424-6326 for more information.
