Pastoral Care
As a faith-based organization, we realize that in times of difficulty, a little spiritual guidance can go a long way. Our staff chaplain is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and volunteer clergy of various faiths are also on call to talk with you or your family members. They’re happy to provide emotional or spiritual resources, intervene in a crisis, advocate for your needs, or visit with you after regular business hours. To speak to a staff or volunteer clergy, simply ask a nurse.
To make sure your spiritual and emotional needs are met, we also provide spiritual-care volunteers. Empathetic and supportive, these volunteers are ready to help you find needed information, contact a leader from your own faith community, and visit whenever you need someone to lean on.
