Virtual Childbirth Class - July

Join us for Childbirth Class where you will learn all about pregnancy in the third trimester and how to prepare and manage your labor. During this course we will meet once a week over 2 weeks. During this time, we will cover topics like the changes your body is going through, preparation for delivery, pain management options, tools and methods available to you during your labor, and how your body will recover after the baby arrives.
