Ingredients:
- 1 apple gala
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Sunflower seed butter unsalted
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon semisweet chocolate baking chips
Instructions:
Place 1/2 ounce of lemon juice in a small bowl. Core and cut the apple in half and scrape the center of the apple to make a small bowl, place it facing down in the lemon juice to avoid oxidation. Remove from juice and smear 1 1/2 tablespoon of the sun butter on one slice of apple, follow with a half tablespoon of the semisweet chocolate chips and the sprinkles of coconut flakes. Proceed with the other half.
