From the moment you contact AdventHealth Orlando, formerly Florida Hospital Orlando, our spine care coordinators will walk you and your family through each step of the treatment process from scheduling an appointment to returning home after surgery. They provide the following services:

  • Educate you on diagnosis, treatment and rehab options
  • Facilitate scheduling of additional testing as needed
  • Coordination of scheduling and treatment
  • Communication with referring physicians
  • Refer you to appropriate provider based upon your individual circumstances
  • Navigation of patient through surgical process (if applicable)
  • Follow-up after discharge from hospital
