Mango Radish Salsa

A Burst of Flavor

This sweet and crunchy spring salsa adds a burst of fresh flavor to chicken or fish tacos or can be enjoyed as a tasty dip for corn chips.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 radishes, diced small
  • 1 mango, diced small
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

Toss the radishes, mango, and jalapeno in a bowl with lime juice, chili powder, sea salt and fresh cilantro. Let sit for 10-15 minutes, then taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
