Healing As One – Group Acupuncture and Meditation
About this Event
Experience the healing power of Chinese medicine through community style Acupuncture, combined with meditative breath work and stretching. Find community in this style of alternative care, as we flow through different distal points together and receive individualized care by request. This session will be led by Jenny Karns, licensed acupuncturist from the Whole Health Institute, and Rochelle Stone, certified yoga instructor.
How to prepare:
Please wear comfortable clothes you can move around in. Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, there will be few provided (first come, first serve). If you are unable to comfortably sit/lay on the floor, there will be chairs available for modification. Since this is a community format, plan to keep all your clothes on and only expose areas in which you would like treatment to take place. There will be time to request additional points from the acupuncturist to ensure you are taken care of and a full healing process may begin.
