MAGNET RECOGNITION PROGRAM® — SITE VISIT
AdventHealth Shawnee Mission was designated as a Magnet organization in 2019 by the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®. This prestigious designation recognizes excellence in nursing services. In November 2023, AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is applying for redesignation.
- Patients, family members, staff, and interested parties who would like to provide comments are encouraged to do so.
- Your comments must be received by the Magnet Program Office by November 4, 2023.
- The Magnet appraisers have requested a drop-in session for any member of the public who would like to meet privately with an appraiser. This special session for the public is being held on Thursday, November 16 from 12:45 to 1:35 pm in the Rodgers Conference Center on the AdventHealth Shawnee Mission campus.
NOTE: All comments are CONFIDENTIAL and are not shared with the health care organization. Comments may be anonymous, but they must be sent in writing to the Magnet Program Office.
