Bill Heinrich Named Chief Financial Officer of the AdventHealth Mid-America Region

September 02, 2021 — Merriam, KS – AdventHealth’s Mid-America Region announced today the promotion of Bill Heinrich to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his role, Heinrich will provide financial leadership to the executive teams of four hospital campuses across Kansas and Wisconsin, including AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, AdventHealth South Overland Park, AdventHealth Ottawa and AdventHealth Durand in Wisconsin, along with numerous other care locations in Kansas, including AdventHealth Lenexa, AdventHealth Medical Group and a future campus in Lenexa City Center.

Heinrich joins the Mid-America Region at a time of exciting growth as the health system prepares for the grand opening of its full-service hospital and birth center on the AdventHealth South Overland Park campus later this fall.

During Heinrich’s tenure in Florida over the past 16 years, he served in critical roles including chief financial officer of AdventHealth Zephyrhills, AdventHealth Tampa and most recently as Polk Market CFO. In addition to serving as the Interim CEO of AdventHealth Lake Wales, Heinrich helped the market exceed planned financial performance, successfully transition the IT platform to AdventHealth systems and helped facilitate master planning and physician relationships.

Heinrich completed his undergraduate education at Union College and earned his MBA at Webster University. He will formally begin his new role as Chief Financial Officer of the AdventHealth Mid-America Region in mid-October, and succeeds Karsten Randolph, who was promoted to the role of Chief Financial Officer for the Multistate Division of AdventHealth.
