Fitness Classes For Your Whole Health
- Yoga Therapy for Pelvic Floor - 8 Week Series

8 week series led by Claudia. Pelvic Floor issues can be often linked to back pain, constipation, leakage, and breathing problems. This class will teach you how to engage and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, providing relief and improving overall function.

- Senior Strength - 8 Week Series

8 week series led by Taylor. This functional movement class will increase whole body strengthening, reinforce muscle strength and prevent injuries around joints that are associated with chronic pain, such as knees, hips, shoulders, and low back. Appropriate for all ability levels.

- Yoga Therapy for Osteoporosis/Osteopenia - 8 Week Series

8 week series led by Rochelle. This educational movement class will help you gain insight and strategies to help increase and maintain bone density. This series uses standing and balance yoga postures to align the skeleton and maximize weight bearing benefits. All abilities welcome.

- Therapeutic Yoga - 4 Week and 8 Week Series

Led by Claudia. Using Yoga as the ancient healing practice it is, this class combines postures, breathing, meditation, movement, and relaxation to improve physical, mental, and emotional health. Achieve your goals by strengthening, aligning, and reducing stress.

- Tai Chi - 8 Week Series

8 week and 6 week series led by Barb. Improve flexibility, strength, cardiovascular health, and balance while reducing stress in this guided series of gentle movements. All abilities welcome.
Wednesdays, May 14th through July 2nd, 5:30 to 6:30 pm - $80 (8 Weeks)
Wednesdays, August 13th through September 17th, 5:30 to 6:30 pm - $60 (6 Weeks)
Wednesdays, September 24th through October 29th, 5:30 to 6:30 pm - $60 (6 Weeks)
Wednesdays, November 5th through December 17th (no class on 11/26), 5:30 to 6:30 pm - $60 (6 Weeks)

- Yoga Therapy for Improved Posture - 8 Week Session

8 week series led by Claudia. Improve your posture for healthy aging, pain reduction, and better balance while combatting forward posture. Focus on stretching, strengthening, and aligning muscle groups.
