6 week series led by Claudia. An essential insight into how the pelvic floor works, activating pelvic core muscles correctly, and training the muscles for symptom relief and prevention. Learn gentle daily movements and breathwork that will help create strength and balance in your pelvic floor.

- Yoga Therapy for Neck and Shoulders - 6 Week Series

6 week series led by Claudia. Class includes yoga practices to release tension, improve mobility, develop strength and flexibility in the neck and shoulders. Breathing and relaxation techniques are woven in to support healing. All abilities welcome.

8 week series led by Hayden. Improve your balance with these purposeful movements designed to improve strength, stability and flexibility while enhancing your core strength. Appropriate for all ability levels.

- Senior Strength - 8 Week Series

8 week series led by Taylor. This functional movement class will increase whole body strengthening. Reinforce muscle strength and prevent injuries around joints that are associated with chronic pain, such as knees, hips, shoulders, and low back. Appropriate for all ability levels.

8 week series led by Rochelle. These educational movement classes will help you gain insight and strategies to help increase and maintain bone density. This series uses standing and balance yoga postures to align the skeleton and maximize weight bearing benefits. All abilities welcome.

8-week series led by Margaret. Practice yoga in a supportive environment to boost your body image with meditation, breath work, and vinyasa flow. This class includes modifications for all body types. All fitness levels encouraged, especially those new to yoga.

Move 4 Life
Move 4 Life is a monitored fitness program for individuals who have graduated from outpatient rehab or who have a chronic health condition but may not feel comfortable exercising alone. Our qualified staff will monitor your vital signs and design a safe and effective workout plan for your condition. This socially connected environment helps to make exercise a lifestyle.
This program is available for members MWF from 8 am to 4 pm in the AdventHealth Fitness Center. A medical release is required. To sign up, please call Call913-676-8133.
