Cranberry Orange Vinaigrette
This recipe is wonderful for the autumn and winter holiday season. It goes great served over everything from fresh salads and wilted greens, to roasted chicken or turkey.

Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup
fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/4 cup
apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup
honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon
orange zest
- 1/4 cup
orange juice
- 3 tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon
Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon
salt
- 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoons
cayenne pepper (or sub ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes) (optional)
- 3-4 tablespoons
water
