AdventHealth Home Come accepts most insurance plans, including Medicare. Our services are available to anyone who:
- Is under the care of a physician (only a Florida-licensed physician can order home health services for their patient)
- Lives in Hardee or Highlands counties
- Is considered homebound and requires the skills of a registered nurse, physical therapist or speech-language pathologist during treatment
