Our Transitional Care Unit offers skilled nursing and comprehensive physical, occupational and speech therapies to meet your needs. And, a primary care physician, as well as a broad range of specialists, are available to care for you during your stay. We care about your whole health and offer amenities such as salon services, interactive engagement opportunities, a customizable menu and private rooms. Many illnesses and conditions can affect your speech. Our Speech Therapy Program, led by experienced and understanding speech pathologists, helps individuals overcome voice problems or difficulty communicating. We’ll create a plan that helps address your challenge, whether it’s an articulation problem, language deficits, oral motor skills or a swallowing disorder.

We provide specialized, dedicated care to help ensure your wound is healing. Our staff, which is specifically trained in wound care, is here to change bandages, clean wounds and monitor your healing process. We’ll also work with you and your family to help you feel confident and comfortable caring for your incision or wound once you return home.

We’ve designed our Transitional Care Unit to provide 24-hour care. Your team will answer questions, assess new symptoms and quickly notify doctors about any changes in your health status, regardless of the time of day. We’re here around the clock, so you and your loved ones can have peace of mind.
