Occupational therapy helps you regain the skills and activities of daily living like dressing, housekeeping, and food preparation that you will need to return home.

Attention to balance and fall prevention is a focus for our team to ensure your safety when you transition home. Getting you back to the activities you love like pickleball, golf, or walking with your loved ones is something our team prioritizes.

Many illnesses and conditions can affect your speech. Our Speech Therapy Program, led by experienced and understanding speech pathologists, helps individuals overcome voice problems or difficulty communicating. We’ll create a plan that helps address your challenge, whether it’s an articulation problem, language deficits, oral motor skills or a swallowing disorder.

We provide specialized, dedicated care to help ensure your wound is healing. Our staff, which is specifically trained in wound care, is here to change bandages, clean wounds and monitor your healing process. We’ll also work with you and your family to help you feel confident and comfortable caring for your incision or wound once you return home.

We’ve designed our Transitional Care Unit to provide 24-hour care. Your team will answer questions, assess new symptoms and quickly notify doctors about any changes in your health status, regardless of the time of day. We’re here around the clock, so you and your loved ones can have peace of mind.

As you transitioned home, our team assists with coordination of care to ensure all of your needs are met. Additionally, our team continues to connect with you and your family to ensure the highest quality of care.
