Our Transitional Care Unit offers skilled nursing and comprehensive physical, occupational and speech therapies to meet your needs. And, a primary care physician, as well as a broad range of specialists, are available to care for you during your stay. We care about your whole health and offer amenities such as salon services, interactive engagement opportunities, a customizable menu and private rooms.     Our location makes it easy to deliver the care you or your loved one need to renew your strength. Our doctors visit our patients daily, and our team can meet any level of care needs you may have within our critical access facility.

    Additionally, occupational, speech and physical therapy are available to you seven days a week. Our therapy programs are personalized to your needs and can be extended up to four hours per day depending on the level of care needed to transition you home safely.

    You don’t have to be a current patient in an AdventHealth hospital or facility to take advantage of the care available in our Transitional Care Unit.

    We accept Medicare, managed care and private insurance policies. We also have a cash pay option. We do not accept Medicaid.
