- Active Aging

Designed for older adults, this class caters to their unique needs by offering low-impact cardio and strength training. Low-impact aerobics protects joints while still elevating the heart rate for cardiovascular endurance. The strength component of the class focuses on building and maintaining muscle mass, which is crucial for bone density and functional independence as we age.
- Monitored Movement

This medically supervised exercise program is for people with various health issues and rehabilitation goals. During designated hours, members will exercise in AdventHealth Ocala Wellness Center while being monitored by our exercise physiologists. The physiologists will observe vitals like blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation before, during and after exercise.
- Stretch and Flex

Designed to improve balance, strength and flexibility through various stretches and resistance exercises, this low- to moderate-intensity class is led by an exercise physiologist who can modify all activities to fit your fitness level.
- Water Aerobics

Our self-guided water aerobics classes offer a fun and challenging cardio workout that ranges from moderate to high intensity. Using a variety of aquatic equipment and exercises, we’ll help you build strength, burn fat and tone your whole body.
