Our staff is committed to helping you gain a healthier mind, body and spirit, while improving your overall health and well-being.
AdventHealth Wellness Center Zephyrhills offers several weekly group fitness classes designed to get you moving in a fun, group atmosphere. Those individuals at different ages with different levels of fitness are encouraged to explore the variety of classes available at our fitness center.

Blast IT!
Feel your endorphins soar in this HIIT strength training class designed to be the most efficient form of cardio to burn more calories for weight loss while toning.
Cardiokick!
Shake up your cardio routine with speed hooks, lunge kicks and upper body drills. Work your core while you get a cardio workout and challenge your strength and stability from head to toe. Great class for beginners to advanced.
Pilates
Pilates is for every type of body. Experience the benefits of classical Pilates with a twist. Class strengthens and lengthens your entire body while taking your balance and coordination to the next level.
Power Hour
A high energy total body conditioning class incorporating resistance, cardio intervals, strength and endurance training. Burn calories, sculpt, and increase muscle tone, utilizing traditional sculpting moves along with compound, multi-joint exercises to strengthen every muscle in your body. Our goal is a powerful body with a dynamic core. All fitness levels are welcome.
Spinning®
Indoor cycling class that is a non-impact, highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all fitness levels, these classes offer a challenging opportunity to get your heart pumping, burn serious calories, and will improve your over-all cardiovascular health with regular attendance. Also available as a virtual class.
Tabata
This Tabata class is designed to be low impact for seniors. It has been shown to burn calories, improve balance, and increase cardiorespiratory endurance. It includes a warm-up, 8 Tabata intervals (an interval consists of 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest), and a cool-down.
Tone Zone
Tone Zone is a mix of aerobic, strength and speed that improve total body tone. Class is for all ability levels and uses body weight, dumbbells, med balls and resistance bands for a fun effective workout with your friends.
Yoga
A balancing workout to enhance vitality and your sense of well-being while also improving flexibility, strength, and posture.
Yogalates
Harness the physical and mental benefits of both Pilates and Yoga in ONE class! Yogalates combines the core toning and muscle lengthening benefits of Pilates with the improved flexibility, posture and relaxation of Yoga. Best of BOTH worlds!

Super fun class that combines the best of both worlds… SPIN and weights. Have fun while getting toned and burning calories while rocking out to fun music. Perfect for all abilities and levels because class is what you make it!

SilverSneakers® Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of seated exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living, using weights, elastic bands, and a SilverSneakers® ball.SilverSneakers® Circuit
Experience standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level, and your instructor can adapt the exercises depending on your skill.SilverSneakers® Yoga
Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures.

Virtual Spin® classes feel like you are traveling the world. You can attend them when there are no live classes on the schedule. They are available once per hour on the half hour (ex. 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, etc.). The classes are played on a big screen in our fitness studio and led virtually.

Active, older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love, at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Tivity Health SilverSneakers® Fitness
AdventHealth Wellness Center Zephyrhills offers the Tivity Health SilverSneakers® Fitness program to individuals who are eligible. Members of participating Medicare health plans, Medicare Supplement carriers or group retiree plans may qualify for the SilverSneakers® Program.
This program is offered at little or no cost to you, and it is designed for seniors. Those interested in checking eligibility may do so by following this link directly to the SilverSneakers® website. You may also check eligibility by speaking with a trainer at the wellness center.

Reserve Your Spot Online
Online reservations for classes will open 5 days before the day of the class and close an hour prior to the start of the class. Passes that aren’t reserved online will be available for walk-in members.
