Personal Training
Jumpstart your workout program with one of our certified and educated personal trainers! Our trainers are here to help you identify and reach your goals, whether that is to improve your mobility, strength, cardiovascular fitness or even if it’s to sleep better. If you want the satisfaction of burning a lot of calories during that workout, we can program that in as well!

Our trainers will take an in-depth look into your medical history and exercise history, assess your current fitness level, and develop a plan that accounts for exercise preferences, training style and limitations/injuries – all to help you reach your goals.

Our personal trainers have certifications which are accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies, meaning that our trainers meet the highest-quality standards for health and safety for our members as well as meeting the exercise industry’s standard of knowledge and development. What this means for you is that you are in safe and knowledgeable hands!
- One on One and Group Training

You can select either 30- or 60-minute 1-on-1 training sessions and the number of days per week you would like to train. If you prefer to work in a group setting, we provide Group Personal Training where we provide less-customized, but still individualized PT sessions, at a lower price-point. The personal training packages are monthly packages, so you can increase or decrease your training volume to meet your goals or alter your training schedule as your personal schedule changes.
