Firsthand Learning for Your Future in Health Care
The AdventHealth Leadership Internship is an 11-week, immersive internship experience that introduces interns to exciting careers available in health care. Through our program, interns can gain meaningful insight into AdventHealth’s leadership operations as they work side-by-side with our leaders, observe organizational dynamics, participate in meetings and complete project assignments.

Leadership Internship Application Requirements
- Minimum 3.20 cumulative GPA
- Sophomore or higher in college, working toward an applicable Bachelor’s degree*
- Academic, Professional, Collegiate (Clubs, Student Government etc.) or Community (Volunteer) Leadership Experience
- Prior work experience in a professional environment
- Prior leadership experience in an organized activity requiring team participation and time management
*If applying to the Finance/Accounting internship, completion of Intermediate Accounting is required
