    Upon completion, you’ll receive an estimated 15% salary increase over your current training salary.

  • What are the qualifications for the Nurse Residency Program?

    Experience: Less than one year of nursing experience or RN licensure.

    Education: Recently graduated from an accredited nursing program.

    NCLEX: RN license in-hand by designated deadline for assigned start date.

  • Can I apply without a RN license?

    Yes, the RN license is only required by the time of licensure deadline for assigned start date.

  • How many new grad RNs will AdventHealth hire?

    This may change based on the needs of the organization and how many new grads can be supported.

  • What units will be accepting new grads?

    This is dependent on unit needs and the number of new grads the department feels they can support. It is different every cohort. The list of units that typically take new grads will be listed within the application.

  • When should I apply?

    Apply within your last semester of nursing school.
