N’Balance Fall Prevention Class- 2025 Session 2

Participants will engage in exercises and movements to improve balance and coordination, strengthen lower body muscles, and increase confidence. Each class incorporates sitting, standing, and walking balance exercises to improve balance and reduce the fear of falling.

Spring 2025 Session 1 includes seven classes meeting Thursdays, 10:00-11:00 am 4/3/2025-5/15/2025

Meets once per week, can drop into individual classes mid-session. Each session is $35 (or $5 per class to drop in), payment to be made online or by cash/check at first class.
