AdventHealth Castle Rock - Community Health Improvement Public Meeting

AdventHealth Castle Rock is conducting its Community Health Improvement Public Meeting kickoff! Every three years AdventHealth Castle Rock gathers valuable information about the community's health to prioritize top needs and form an actionable plan to address those needs.

Your voice is essential to making these health needs known, and guiding hospital focus so that together, we can work towards a happier and healthier community in Douglas County.

• AdventHealth Castle Rock will be reporting their 2023 Community Benefit investments – including updates on impactful hospital initiatives around mental health, food security, substance use, and housing.
• AdventHealth Castle Rock has also invited speakers to seek input on the Hospital Transformation Program.
• Translation services and disability accommodation will be provided as needed – please indicate any needs on the registration form.
