Childbirth Express Class (One day - IN Person)

During this one day class, learn from our expert instructor the tools and techniques of Lamaze and the information necessary to make an informed decision regarding the birth of your baby. We will cover information for late pregnancy, labor, delivery, and what to expect after childbirth. Natural comforts will also be covered!

Class will be located in the Conference Center on the first/entry level floor. Enter the hospital through the main lobby, pass the Welcome Desk and take a right down the first hall you see. The conference center will be on your right before you reach the end of that hallway!
