Caring for Your Family, by Listening to You
At AdventHealth for Children, our Patient and Family Experience Partners play an integral role in the advancement of our pediatric patient experience. The input and feedback provided by our members to hospital administrators has been invaluable. Your first-hand experiences and perspectives aid in key decision and planning efforts to improve our services and the consumer experience.
Our Patient and Family Experience Council is comprised of parents and guardians of former and current pediatric patients. The program was established back in 2010. We have since launched two additional councils with focuses on our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and pediatric diabetes and endocrinology services.
