We know that your little one needs your love and support to truly heal. Families can stay with your children at all time and friends and visitors are welcome daily from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm.
In our NICU, we encourage parents anytime except between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm.

Valet Services
To use our valet services, plan to arrive at the main entrance of AdventHealth Orlando and one of our valets will park your vehicle for you. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.At AdventHealth Orlando Medical Plaza, we provide valet services at the South Entrance, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The charge for valet service is $6 per day. People who leave the hospital and return on the same day can use this service for an addition charge of $1. For handicap visitors with a state-issued handicap permit, the charge is $3 per day.
Parking
If you prefer to park your own vehicle, you can do it at one of these convenient locations:King Street Parking Garage
Hours: Seven-days a week, 24 hours a dayThe King Street Garage is located next to the Medical Plaza. Take Rollins Street toward Orange Avenue. Across the railroad tracks, turn right onto Sanitarium Road, then left onto King Street and the entrance will be on your left.
To reach the main hospital, take the elevators to the third floor and go across the walkway.
Alden Street Parking Garage
Hours: Seven-days a week, 24 hours a day.The Alden Street Garage is located across the street from the hospital main entrance. Take the garage elevator to the third floor to access the crosswalk to the main hospital.
McRae Ave Parking Garage
Hours: Seven-days a week, 24 hours a day.The McRae Ave Parking Garage is located on Rollins Street across from the North entrance to the AdventHealth Orlando Medical Plaza, and is connected to the Alden St Garage on Rollins Street. Take the garage elevator to the 3rd floor to access the Medical Office Building and crosswalk to the main hospital
Garage Parking Costs
We understand that costs are important to everyone, and we keep our parking fees low. You can expect to pay a maximum of $5 per day, with no charge for parking on Friday nights and Saturdays.We also provide these discounts:
- Seniors age 65 and older can park free. Pick up a free garage parking pass at any AdventHealth Orlando Information Desk.
Family members of patients admitted or seven days and longer can park free for the remainder to the patient’s stay, starting on the seventh day. Ask about a free garage parking pass at any AdventHealth for Children or AdventHealth Orlando Information Desk.

Welch Cafeteria
This cafeteria offers a wide menu selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. It’s open from 7:00 am to 1:30 am, 7 days a week.Lakeside Café
With outdoor patio seating on Lake Estelle, this café specializes in vegetarian fare. It’s open from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.King Street Café
Come here for fresh-brewed coffee, pastries and sandwiches. King Street Café is open from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. - Gift Shop

Sometimes a gift can say more than words. You can surprise your loved one with a token of your support from the Market Place Gift Shop. You’ll find it in the lobby right near the main entrance to the Ginsburg Tower.
The Market Place Gift Shop is open:
Monday to Thursday: 6 am to 8 pm
Friday: 6 am to 5 pm
Sunday: 7 am to 7 pm

Supporting your child can be easier when you have spiritual support yourself. Our mission to follow the healing mission of Christ includes providing these opportunities for our families and visitors as well as our patients.
Chapel and Healing Garden
This non-denominational chapel and outdoor healing garden is open 24 hours a day.Pastoral Care
Our chaplains are specially trained to minister to the spiritual and emotional needs of patients and their family members. They are available 24 hours a day.
