AdventHealth Gordon's Robotic Surgery department visited Tellus Science Museum during their Spring Break Science Escape. Attendees enjoyed a live demonstration of the da Vinci robot and learned about the robotics program at AdventHealth Gordon. Attendees then had the opportunity to test-drive the robot with guidance from Dr. Hak Lee.

AdventHealth Gordon’s Robot Day was held in the East Entrance of the hospital where people are invited to get a closer look at the da Vinci surgical system. Members of the community were invited to drop in, ask questions about robotic surgery, meet the robotics team, and test drive the robot.

That evening, AdventHealth Medical Group Urology at Calhoun, formerly Gordon Urology, hosted an open house to celebrate the renovation of their practice and allow the community to meet Dr. Hak J. Lee, urologic oncologist and director of AdventHealth Gordon’s robotics program.
