Childbirth Prep-FastTrack (2-Day Class)

Join us for our comprehensive 2-day, 8-hour course offered Saturday and Sunday mornings of the same weekend. This class focuses on phases of labor and delivery, medical procedures, pain management options, comfort strategies, breathing and relaxation conditioning, role of the labor support person, and the postpartum period. Each series includes a variety of childbirth videos, infographics and written materials.

Class is held on Sat. 12/7 and Sun. 12/8 from 9am to 1pm both days.
