We’re proud to offer a variety of community outreach programs, support groups, events, and community health screenings for all of our Manchester, Kentucky neighbors. Our elderly and underprivileged neighbors can also access free community health education, special clinical and non-clinical programs, financial assistance, and more.

- CREATION Life Fair

Held every spring, this fair offers free health screenings, features a CREATION Life Corner, community agencies and partners, giveaways, and much more. It's a day dedicated to promoting health and wellness in the community, with a focus on whole-person care. To learn more, call Call606-598-1099.
- CREATION Life Transportation Program

Available Monday through Friday during normal business hours, this program helps patients travel to and from their appointments in our Manchester hospital and our outpatient clinics. To request transportation, call Call606-598-1096.
- Live It Up!

Live It Up! is a nine-week supervised program for middle-school students in Clay County. Guided by the eight universal aspects of CREATION Life — Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook, and Nutrition — the program helps students make healthier choices in all areas of life. - Mission in Motion

Mission in Motion is dedicated to promoting health and wellness in the community by attending various events and offering free health screenings. These screenings are crucial for early detection and include checks for Blood Glucose, Body-mass Index (BMI), Total Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, and Triglycerides. By providing these services, Mission in Motion plays a vital role in helping individuals take proactive steps towards maintaining and improving their health. - Mommy and Baby Fair

Our Mommy and Baby Fair will be September 24 from 10:00AM to 2:00PM at the EKU Manchester Campus. Expectant moms can find free health screenings, information booths, massages, Q&A sessions with OB/GYNs and pediatricians, photo sessions, giveaways, and more at this annual event. Do you want to quit smoking?
We have the perfect solution for you! We are proud to offer free Freedom from Smoking cessation classes to help you kick the habit.
Smoking affects your health in many ways. It increases your risk of developing cancer, heart disease, stroke and other serious illnesses. It can also cause serious damage to your lungs, heart, and blood vessels.
The Freedom from Smoking program is provided by the American Lung Association and offers a comprehensive approach to quitting smoking. The program includes behavior change strategies, skills to cope with cravings, problem solving and relapse prevention.
You can take the first step towards a healthier life by joining us for Freedom from Smoking. The 8-week program will begin on September 10 and continue every Tuesday, except for week 4. During week 4, participants will meet on both Tuesday and Thursday. The program will conclude on October 29, 2024. Classes will be held online and in-person on our AdventHealth Manchester campus.
