During her tenure, Jacob has been instrumental in overseeing the market’s expansion, including the successful launch of a new Rural Health Clinic in Pineville, Kentucky. Her leadership has been pivotal in fostering a culture of care and commitment to the community of eastern Kentucky.

"Sissel's dynamic and collaborative leadership style has been a tremendous asset to AdventHealth Manchester," said Sam Huenergardt, President/CEO for the Mid-America Region of AdventHealth. "While we are sad to see her go, we are excited for her to lead the innovative Lenexa City Center project, which will greatly benefit the residents of western Johnson County."

Jacob's new role will involve leading the development of the AdventHealth Lenexa City Center, a new hospital campus in the metro Kansas City area, expected to be completed in 2025. The project represents a significant step in expanding AdventHealth's mission of delivering whole-person care.

Reflecting on her time at AdventHealth Manchester, Jacob shared, "I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with such dedicated leaders, providers, and team members who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
