— AdventHealth Manchester recently held its annual The Whole Care Experience “Lighting the Way” Town Halls, celebrating team members. The event brought together team members to share stories of how they use empathy and uncommon compassion to set AdventHealth apart from its competitors. The theme of Lighting the Way reminded attendees of the impact of living out our service standards.
During the event, our administrative team shared how our mission is the driving force of our organization, directly connecting to the standards we uphold every day. The profound impact of empathy and compassion in our interactions was highlighted, and team members were recognized for going above and beyond to embody our service standards through the Service Standards Recognition Awards.
Individual Honorees included Ashley Zamalloa for LOVE ME, Mary Ann Roberts for KEEP ME SAFE, Mackenzie Wagers for OWN IT, Danielle Stewart for MAKE IT EASY, and Amanda Davidson for MAKE IT EASY. Department Honorees included Home Care for MAKE IT EASY and KEEP ME SAFE, Med/Surg for OWN IT, and PCU for LOVE ME.
Sissel Jacob, President and CEO of AdventHealth Manchester, expressed her excitement for the event. “I’m excited for this celebratory experience where we honor and recognize our team members. It’s amazing to be part of an organization fueled by more than 93,000 unique and talented team members who create exceptional moments of care for one another and the communities we serve.”
AdventHealth looks forward to continuing to light the way and live out our service standards in all that we do.
AdventHealth Manchester encourages its team members to continue being inspired and create moments of care that light the way to an incredible movement that touches every team member and impacts every patient we serve.
