AdventHealth Manchester Celebrates “SPARK!” The Whole Care Experience 2023

March 31, 2023 — AdventHealth Manchester is proud to announce the results of its annual celebration of The Whole Care Experience, a tradition of AdventHealth where team members are honored for living out its mission, vision, values, and service standards. This year, the event was held in March under the theme “SPARK: The Whole Care Experience 2023,” an invitation to continue to ignite our spirits and be inspired by colleagues’ stories of exceptional care.

The Whole Care Experience embraces how we live out our mission, vision, values, and service standards daily with our consumers and one another. Service Standard Award winners included Tiffany Bell, RN, for Make It Easy Individual; Surgery Team for Make It Easy Department; Sarah White, RN, for Love Me Individual; Behavioral Health for Love Me Department; Shawna Colville for Own It Individual; Marketing for Own It Department; Amber Henson, APRN, for Keep Me Safe Individual; and Radiology for Keep Me Safe Department.

Sissel Jacob, President & CEO of AdventHealth Manchester, expressed her excitement for the event. “I’m excited for this celebratory experience where we honor and recognize our team members.
