— AdventHealth Manchester is pleased to announce a generous donation of $5,000 to the Stay in Clay/Project Hope, in collaboration with the City of Manchester, to support the fundraising efforts for commercialized playground equipment. This new equipment will be installed at Rawlings and Stinson Park in Manchester, providing a safe and enjoyable space for children and families in the community.
This initiative aligns with AdventHealth's CREATION Life principles, which emphasize the importance of Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook, and Nutrition. By contributing to the development of recreational spaces, AdventHealth Manchester is promoting a healthier and more active lifestyle for the residents of Manchester. The new playground equipment will not only enhance the physical well-being of children but also foster social interactions and community engagement.
"We are thrilled to support the Stay in Clay/Project Hope and the City of Manchester in their efforts to create a vibrant and healthy community," said Jamie Couch, Interim Administrator at AdventHealth Manchester. "This donation reflects our commitment to extending the healing ministry of Christ by promoting wellness and improving the quality of life for our neighbors."
The installation of the playground equipment at Rawlings and Stinson Park is expected to be completed by late October. AdventHealth Manchester invites the community to join in celebrating this exciting development and to take advantage of the new recreational opportunities it will provide.
