AdventHealth Manchester Welcomes New Chief Financial Officer

March 20, 2023 — AdventHealth welcomes Jesse Kleven to their team as the new Chief Financial Officer.

Jessie Kleven has been with AdventHealth for over 10 years. He comes to Manchester from Fort Worth, Texas, where he served as the Associate Vice President of Finance—Regional Controller for the past 2 years.

Kleven received his MBA in Healthcare Administration from North Greenville University and is looking forward to providing leadership in the organization that reflects God’s character and will cause others to embrace AdventHealth’s mission and values as a team.

“I am excited to join the team at Manchester and look forward to the opportunity to help lead the organization to success,” said Kleven.

In his role as CFO, Kleven will be responsible for providing financial strategies and solutions to meet the objectives of the organization. He will be responsible for managing the financial performance of the facility, ensuring that it is following best practices. He will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the organization's financial policies and procedures.

AdventHealth is excited to welcome Kleven to their Manchester family. He and his wife, Sara, have two wonderful children together—Jeremiah and Abigayle. In his spare time, he enjoys smoking barbeque, playing golf, and watching the St. Louis Cardinals.
