AdventHealth Takes a Stand Against Child Abuse

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month, and AdventHealth is committed to helping raise awareness and take a stand against this important issue.

To show their support, team members have been wearing blue throughout the month. Child abuse is a pervasive problem that can have serious, long-term effects on its victims. AdventHealth is dedicated to raising awareness of the issue and encouraging everyone to do their part in helping to prevent it.

“It is our responsibility to ensure that all children are safe and protected,” said Sissel Jacob, AdventHealth Manchester CEO. “Our team members have been wearing blue this month to show their support for Child Abuse Prevention Month, and to demonstrate our commitment to helping prevent child abuse.”

AdventHealth encourages everyone to take a stand against child abuse and help raise awareness by wearing blue throughout the month of April. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of children everywhere.
