AHM Co-Sponsors 4th Annual “The Good Continues” Event

After two postponements, we finally celebrated our 4th annual "The Good Continues" event! A huge shoutout to Danielle Collins and Mayor Stevie Collins for their tireless efforts in organizing this wonderful gathering. We are incredibly grateful for the love and support from our community and the nearly 1,000 people in attendance. Here's to continuing the good work and making a difference every day.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the success of this event. Your presence and participation mean the world to us. Together, we are making a positive impact and fostering a sense of unity and compassion within our community.

A huge shoutout to our affiliate partners UK Gill Heart & Vascular Institute for working with us to support this event. We passed out our co-branded t-shirts with the saying "Bless Your Heart" to help raise awareness for heart health.

At the event, AdventHealth provided education on smoking cessation, stroke symptoms awareness, and educated the community on our CCTA and infusion services. Our behavioral health team also provided mental health awareness and education. Additionally, we offered education on our Healthy Homes projects, and Chronic Care Management program. Our home care team shared the home care services available.

One of our dedicated volunteers, Kayla Baker, RN, shared her experience: "Volunteering at 'The Good Continues' event was an incredibly rewarding experience. It was heartwarming to see the community come together and make a positive impact. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute and be a part of something so meaningful."
