Dr. Khercie Smith Joins AdventHealth Primary Care Clinic
— Dr. Smith began early November and offers well-child exams, sports physicals, screenings, immunizations, preventive medicine, and mental promotions.
“I’m passionate about providing care to underprivileged populations, and my focus centers upon global and rural health. Regrettably, many children face potential harm primarily due to lack of adequate health care.” said Dr. Smith.
Dr. Smith received her medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed her residency at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine via the Pediatrics Residency Program at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. A Clay County native, Dr. Smith is excited to be back home, providing pediatric care in our region.
