Global Missions Continued Work

Recently, a global mission's team, along with Thirstmissions out of Missouri and volunteers from Life Point Fellowship Church in McKenny, Texas, teamed up to work on the home of a grateful homeowner. Thirstmissions had over 80 volunteers show up from Texas to volunteer across southeastern KY. Erica Hawbaker, a representative from Thirstmissions stated, "This group has been great to work with; they have a great work ethic and are doing it for the right reasons."

The homeowner, Patricia Jeffery expressed her appreciation, stating, "I appreciate everything they are doing for me. I couldn't have done it without them. They are such a blessing." The team's mission was to replace subflooring and refloor the home, as well as clean the property of trees and debris.

This is just one example of the incredible impact that global missions can have on communities and individuals in need. By coming together and utilizing their skills and resources, these volunteers were able to make a significant difference in the life of one homeowner.
