Visiting Hours

AdventHealth has a responsibility to protect the greater community from the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19). As a trusted community partner, it’s vital we take measures to minimize the risk of infection for our patients while protecting our physicians and team members who are on the frontlines every day.

As we monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) in our communities, we have decided to make changes to our visitation policies to ensure the safety of our patients, visitors and team members.

We encourage visitors to FaceTime, Skype or call their loved ones who may be in our care.

Food and Refreshments

Coffee Shop at the Taneja Center for Surgery

Enjoy Starbucks coffee, fresh juices, snacks and more.

Open 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday; closed weekends.

Cafeteria

Enjoy a wide range of nutritious meals, featuring themed food stations and a self-serve salad bar.

Open 6:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday - Friday; 6:30 am to 2 pm weekends.

Corner Deli

Take your pick from freshly-made sandwiches, soups and salads, hot and cold beverages, grab-and-go sandwiches, fresh fruit, and convenient snacks.

Open 6:30am to Midnight, 7 days a week.

Books and Gifts

From cards and books to stuffed animals and snacks, you’ll find whatever you need at our gift shops, conveniently located in the main lobby of the Taneja Center for Surgery and in the Pepin Heart Institute at AdventHealth Tampa

• Monday through Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Friday: 8:30 am to 3 pm
• Saturday: Closed
• Sunday: 11 am to 3 pm

Gift Shop at the Pepin Heart Institute

• Monday through Thursday: 11 am to 3 pm

Non-Denominational Chapels

As a faith-based health-care provider, we understand how stressful it can be when a loved one is in the hospital. In our efforts to make your visit as peaceful as possible, we have three non-denominational chapels where patients and guests can seek sanctuary.

Our chapels are open 24/7.

• Women’s Health Pavilion lobby

At AdventHealth Tampa, we also offer spiritual- and pastoral-care services. To request a visit from a member of our spiritual-care team please dial “0” on any hospital phone or call Call813-615-1815. The operator will put you in touch with a member of our pastoral-care team, who will be happy to serve you regardless of your faith tradition.

Staying Connected

While you're caring for your friends and family members, the last thing you want to worry about is trying to stay connected. That’s why we offer the following conveniences and amenities:

• Free Internet access via computers located in the Patient Service Center
• Free WiFi throughout our hospital

Want to brighten up a loved one's hospital stay with a bouquet of fresh roses? Or arrange for a special birthday celebration? AdventHealth Tampa is here to help. All of our guest services are complimentary. You may be responsible for third-party service charges.
