Join Our Mission

It all started in the 1960s when a team of business owners and caregivers broke ground on a 208-bed hospital in rural north Tampa. Four decades later, our community's grown and so have we. After more than doubling in size, we're able to help people in our community create a life of whole health by embracing the eight universal aspects of CREATION Life — Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook, and Nutrition.

These principles extend to our caregivers, too. Our benefits encourage you to Rest and make time for Interpersonal Relationships. Our facilities offer a positive Environment that improves Outlooks by encouraging reflection and growth. More importantly, you can Trust you’re part of the team that helps more people in Tampa Bay create a life of less stress, better health, and more joy. Review our hospital job openings below.
