Metroplex Health System’s will host its annual KidFest Health and Wellness Fair on Sunday, August 14, from 12:30 to 3:30 pm at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center.
Metroplex Hospital will be providing free child immunizations, and local companies and organizations will be on-hand providing free health and safety information to parents and offering interactive activities, door prizes, snacks and entertainment, which includes face painting, bounce houses, kickboxing and dance demonstrations and more.
