Childbirth Prep-Express

Join us for our 1-day condensed, yet comprehensive 7-hour course. This class focuses on phases of labor and delivery, medical procedures, pain management options, breathing and relaxation, role of the labor support person, and the postpartum period. Due to it's condensed nature, this class provides limited hands-on practice (see Comfort Measures for Childbirth). Includes a variety of childbirth videos, infographics and written materials.
