As a caregiver, you work selflessly for the one you love. That’s why it’s important to us at AdventHealth Porter, to do the same for you.
We want to connect you with resources to make caregiving more manageable and to ensure you feel welcome and at ease in our facility. And if you need anything else, please ask. We’re here to care for you and your loved one.
Our hospital has decided not to participate in the Colorado End-of-Life Options Act, but we still provide compassionate end-of-life and palliative care to patients and families.

Support Services for Every Caregiver
Caregivers like you play a critical role in managing a person’s hospital health care. With this in mind, we offer an array of conveniences to help you focus on what matters: the person you care for.
- Visiting Hours

You can access our building through the hospital's main lobby entrance until 7 pm. After 7 pm, all guests must enter through the emergency room walk-in entrance. A responsible adult must accompany anyone under age 14.
- Pastoral Care

Our AdventHealth Porter chaplains assist patients and their caregivers by offering a listening presence, help with advance directives, ethical discussions, spiritual guidance, prayer and crisis support. Chaplains are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Located on the first floor
6:30 am to 7 pm, Monday to Thursday
6:30 am to 7 pm, Fridays
7 to 10 am and 11 am to 2 pm, weekends and holidays
For a quick bite, you can access our first-floor 24-hour Micro Mart for fresh food, frozen items and drinks. Or, stop by a vending machine on the lower level next to the cafeteria or on the first floor in the atrium near the gift shop.
Gift Shop
Visit our gift shop on the first floor to purchase gifts and convenience items. Call Call303-778-5867 for the most updated hours.
ATMsOur ATMs are located near the human resources department lobby.
Chapel
Patients and visitors are welcome to visit and pray in the chapel, located on the first floor east of the main entrance. The chapel is open 24 hours a day.

Free parking is available 24 hours a day in the covered garage by the main entrance and in adjacent lots around the hospital.

Whatever you’re facing, you’re not alone. The AdventHealth Spiritual Care Hotline is here when you need a listening ear. Call Call833-258-2414, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm Mountain time. Calls are free and confidential, and our caring team members will listen without judgment and offer prayer, support and additional resources if needed.
