Whether you’re here to visit a family member or friend, we’ll work to ensure you have everything you need, so your visit to our hospital is smooth and supported.
Our hospital has decided not to participate in the Colorado End-of-Life Options Act, but we still provide compassionate end-of-life and palliative care to patients and families.

- Visiting Hours

At AdventHealth Porter, we aim to provide visitors access to their loved ones as often as possible. Our main lobby entrance is open until 7 pm. Guests entering the building after 7 pm must enter through the emergency room walk-in entrance.
In some cases, we may limit visiting hours in the patient's best interest.
A responsible adult must escort visitors under the age of 14.
- Parking

We want you to get to your loved one quickly without wondering where to find parking. We offer free, 24-hour parking in the covered garage by the main entrance.
- Cafeteria

Located on the hospital's first floor and open at convenient hours, our South Downing Café offers a variety of food options.
Hours:
6:30 am to 7 pm, Monday through Thursday
6:30 am to 4 pm, Fridays
7 to 10 am and 11 am to 2 pm, weekends and holidays
Vending machines are located throughout the hospital. You’ll find vending areas on the lower level next to the cafeteria and on the first floor near the gift shop.
24-Hour Micro Mart
Our Micro Mart is in the first-floor patient waiting area and is stocked with fresh food, frozen items and drinks.
- Gift Shop

Our gift shop, Red Aspen Gifts, is conveniently located on the first floor, across from the cafeteria. Here, you can find a variety of gifts and convenience items for your family member or loved one in the hospital. Call 303-778-5867 with any questions.
ATMs are located near the gift shop in the human resources department lobby.
- Mail, Flowers and Balloons

Deliveries are a simple, impactful way to show your loved one you’re thinking of them. We deliver letters and packages to patients Monday through Friday, and outgoing letters from patients can be given to their nurses.
Flowers will be delivered to patient rooms, except in the intensive care unit. Only Mylar® balloons are permitted in the hospital, as latex can cause allergic responses.
