The AdventHealth Tampa Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program is a four-year training program offering residents a vibrant learning environment that combines robust clinical experiences, innovative didactic and simulation-based learning, and professional development.
Our mission is to extend the healing ministry of Christ. The AdventHealth Tampa Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency program achieves this mission by creating a learning environment where trainees are centered on developing exemplary professional CHARACTER, exercising intellectual CURIOSITY, and engaging with the COMMUNITY in which they live, learn and serve.
Our Residency Program is an integral component of state-wide efforts to improve the quality of women’s care in Florida through increased access and a culture of continuous quality improvement. Towards that end, we prepare our graduates to pursue any post-residency path they choose, whether it be patient-centered clinical practice, sub-specialty fellowship, or a scholarly (teaching/research/advocacy) career.
