One Prescription and Seamless Care
When you start taking a new maintenance medication to stay healthy, we’ll help you transition to your prescription to our AdventHealth Rx Plus Pharmacy.
Here’s how it works:
You’ll take the prescription your physician wrote to your local pharmacy. After your first fill, complete this Transfer Your Prescription form and we'll arrange for your maintenance medications to be delivered to your home. Make sure your contact information is current with AdventHealth Rx Plus Pharmacy.

Convenient Delivery
Get your medicine delivered to your door. Request prescription refills up to 30 days in advance and at least two weeks before you need it. Auto Refill is available by calling the pharmacy to enroll.
